Named the College Football Performance Awards Defensive Back of the Year... The 13 interceptions tied George Shaw of Oregon (1951) for the second-most interceptions in major college history, one shy of Washington’s Al Worley (14 in 1968)... Became just the third player in conference history to intercept at least 10 passes, (North Carolina’s Dre Bly - 11 in 1996, and Maryland’s Bob Sullivan - 10 in 1965)... In 2010, was one of just five true freshmen to start a game for the Wolfpack, playing in 13 games with nine starts... Finished with 50 tackles (39 solos) and one pass deflection on defense.
