--Former Redskins offensive lineman and original hog Joe Jacoby was hired as the offensive line coach at Concordia University, Chicago.  Jacoby told reporters “I am excited about returning to football once again and coaching at the division III level.”

--D.C.’s council members held a meeting on Tuesday to discuss launching a feasibility study for the proposed stadium that would be built on the RFK stadium site.

--Linebacker Bryan Kehl remains ahead of schedule after tearing his ACL this past season, but as a free agent his future is uncertain with the burgundy and gold.

--One site ranks Redskins linebacker Brian Orakpo as the fifth overall free agent for the 2014 offseason.
