Griffin III NFL Rookie Of The Week Nominee

For the third week in a row and sixth time this season, Redskins QB Robert Griffin III is a nominee for NFL Rookie of the Week honors. Vote now!

Another Redskins' team win and another NFL Rookie of the Week nomination for Robert Griffin III, who has not lost in five previous nominations this season, including bringing home the honors in consecutive weeks.

As always, the two-time rookie of the month winner needs your help, as he stacks his Monday Night Football debut victory against the rest of the youngsters.

Griffin III completed 13-of-21 passes for 163 yards and a touchdown, and added another 73 yards rushing, to lead the Redskins to a 17-16 win over the New York Giants.

Fans can vote early and often at NFL.com/rookies beginning Tuesday at 9 a.m. ET and ending on Friday at 3 P.M. ET to determine the NFL Rookie of the Week. 

The winner will be announced Friday on NFL Total Access on NFL Network and on NFL.com.

After the regular season, five players will be nominated for NFL Rookie of the Year honors.  Fans can vote for the winner on NFL.com/rookies throughout the month of January.
