Net proceeds will benefit the Redskins Charitable Foundation and the Brem Foundation, dedicated to educating women about risk factors and screening options and providing access to critical diagnostic tests for uninsured women. When a woman has an abnormal screening mammogram or experiences worrisome symptoms, she needs diagnostic tests to determine whether she has breast cancer, which many women cannot afford. B-Fund diagnostic tests are performed within two weeks of a woman's abnormal screening mammogram meaning this life-saving fund allows women to get a diagnosis in days or weeks rather than months—and, if needed, to start a treatment plan that maximizes their chances of living a normal, healthy life after breast cancer.

Most women still do not know how to maximize their chances of finding an early, curable breast cancer, however the Brem Foundation is here to help. Click here to learn how to identify your risk factors and determine which screening option is right for you.

Think Pink!

During the month of October, the Washington Redskins collaborate with Zeta Tau Alpha to promote Breast Cancer Awareness through the initiative, ‘A Crucial Catch’. During the annual Breast Cancer Awareness game, fans are welcomed by Mrs. Tanya Snyder, the NFL Breast Cancer Spokesperson, and hundreds of members of Zeta Tau Alpha who distribute THINK PINK! ribbons and breast cancer awareness education materials as fans enter FedExField.

Friday Night Lights: Think Pink!

In an effort to promote Breast Cancer Awareness, local high school football matchups are selected to be “pinked out,” complete with the same pink equipment used during the Redskins’ BCA game. In addition to an honorary Redskins captain attending each game for the coin toss, each high school is provided with other pink game attire donated by the Redskins Charitable Foundation and pink t-shirts to sell to raise funds for the American Cancer Society.
